Q: How do I order a phone reading with Phelan?

Answer:

Please do not send us payment for a phone reading unless you follow these instructions, otherwise your appointment will not be booked, you must place the order from within your profile.

  1. Please login to your profile.
  2. Review the calendar. Look for days that are yellow, these are days that have available times, for example if the 5th of September is yellow click on it, once you click on it another page will display the available times for that specific day, review the times available and choose the one that fits your schedule and then click on Book It!, on the following page some default information from your account is already provided, please change anything that may not be accurate paying attention to the phone number since this is the number that Phelan will call you at, whenever you are ready click on the continue button, the following page will display the information that you have submitted for you to review, if there is an error click on your browser's back button, if there are no errors click on the button MAKE A PAYMENT & BOOK THIS APPOINTMENT.

At this point you are about to submit payment information for the phone reading and you have two options, paypal and credit card.

To pay via PayPal go ahead and click on the paypal button and continue to PayPal, you must finish the entire process with PayPal in order for this phone reading to be booked, look for a continue link on PayPal once you finish, this link will take you back to our website and complete the entire booking process.

To pay with a credit card, there is a blue area where it says "Note: You may choose another payment method, below:"

Select credit card from the drop-down menu and this will take you to a page that will ask you for your credit card information, please be sure to enter the correct credit card number, the card verification code is a 3 digit code located on the back of your card if it is a Visa, Mastercard or Discover, see the picture below:

if your card is an American Express then the card verfication code is a 4 digit number located on the front of your card, see the picture below:

By default the address on your profile is provided to save you some time but if this address is not the one on your credit card be sure to add it by selecting "I will enter a new billing address"

Once you complete this page you may submit, this is the end of the booking process.
